    Why do I weigh less in the morning?

    The morning weight is less due to the night dehydration. During the day, when you eat and drink, the weight of food and liquid is added to your weight. It’s also possible that you weigh less because the calories from the food eaten the night before are burned up to fuel basic bodily functions, like breathing, sweating and generating body heat. Women’s hormones change the body weight during the cycle.
